These terms set expectations for bookings, estimates, payments and scope of repair. Estimates are provided in good faith; unexpected faults discovered during repair may change cost and timeframes. We will notify you before proceeding.

Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Services supplied by Brelanox are covered by consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act (ACL). You are entitled to remedies if services are not delivered with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or not provided within a reasonable time.

We will remedy defects by re-performing services or providing a refund where appropriate. For major failures you may choose a refund or have the service re-performed.

Warranty, Liability & Limitations

Brelanox provides manufacturer-aligned warranty terms for parts where applicable and a workmanship guarantee for repairs we perform. Warranty duration and coverage depend on the part supplier and service performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brelanox's liability for breach of any implied term is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the service fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (subject to consumer law).

Document Requests & Dispute Submission

Use this form to request copies of estimates, invoices, warranty documents or to submit a dispute. We will acknowledge within 7 business days and propose next steps.

By submitting you agree we may retain the information to process your request in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

Escalation & External Remedies

If we cannot resolve a dispute, consumers in Australia may seek remedies via state consumer affairs agencies, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) or pursue civil remedies. For privacy complaints contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
